About
A software consulting firm and product studio. We do professional, accountable work: we ship the hard part and leave behind systems your team can run.
The company
One Ten Labs, LLC is a software consulting firm and product studio. We work with organizations whose operations have outgrown spreadsheets, point tools, and the integrations duct-taped between them: the finance team closing the month out of three shared folders, the operations lead who cannot say why the cloud bill doubled, the founder weighing a replatform.
We design the system, ship the software, and hand back something your team can run. Engagements are fixed term and fixed scope, with one named lead who is in your standups and on your pull requests from the first week to the last. Most clients come back inside twelve months for a different problem, with a clearer scope.
Alongside the consulting work we build products of our own. Patterns we keep solving for clients become focused tools, built once and sold many times, so the next client can start from something that already works.
Principles
01
Every engagement starts with a written scope and a definition of done. Progress is shown in working software every week, not in status decks. If something changes, it is re-papered in writing before anyone starts on it.
02
The code lives in your repository from day one. Tests, documentation, and runbooks are part of the deliverable. The last two weeks are spent making sure someone on your team owns the system, because handing back the keys is the goal.
03
Data model, API, interface, infrastructure, and the dashboard your leadership reads on Monday morning, built by one team with one named lead. No handoffs between vendors, no gaps between layers.
04
When the same problem shows up three times, the solution becomes a product with its own roadmap. Clients get the speed of something pre-built or the fit of something custom, whichever the problem calls for.
How we are structured
Fixed-term, fixed-scope engagements for organizations that have outgrown spreadsheets, point tools, and the patchwork between them. Seven services, one team.
ServicesBana, Waqt, and Moed: focused tools born from patterns we kept solving for clients. Each one is a hosted subscription that stands on its own, run by us.
ProductsA two-week technical strategy and architecture review for founders, CTOs, and product leaders weighing a build-vs-buy call, a replatform, or a multi-year roadmap.

Schedule Live Scan and fingerprinting appointments across every department from one centralized calendar. Each department books only its own slots.
Stop managing your guest list in a spreadsheet. One link handles invites, responses, plus-ones, day-of check-in, and analytics.
