Who we are
This website is operated by One Ten Labs, LLC ("we", "us"). Contact details are on the contact page.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you submit the form we receive the name, email address, company, and message you typed. We use them only to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to prepare a scope. The form is handled on our own web server, which emails the message to us and does not store it.
- Spam protection. The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile processes limited technical data about your browser and connection under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, time) for security and reliability. These are retained for a limited period by the provider.
- Analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies for marketing or cross-site tracking. Any cookie set by the form provider or by Turnstile exists only to deliver that service.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of our business relationship and the record-keeping period that applies to it. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf, and when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us using the address on the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be noted here.
